When do I need a Septic Designer?

• When you are building a new house or converting a seasonal camp to full time occupancy.
• When you are replacing a failed septic system.
• Additions and expansions of existing buildings, especially if there is a change or increase in use, require a state approved septic design plan in order to obtain a building permit.
• Septic Designers also do soil test pits and percs for subdivisions and prior to a purchase and sale of land to determine if the proposed building lot can support a septic system that will meet State and Local regulations.
